On 26^th July 2012 the coastal buoy 'Vida' was visually inspected and photographed. The cruise was organized within the EU MyOcean 2 project, the collected photographs will be used for project promotion purposes. The meteorological sensors were inspected with transmitting antennas, together with the PAR sensor  in the atmosphere. It was noted that the latter is tilted against the horizon for about four degrees. The buoy's interior with the electronics and power supply system was also inspected and photographed (Manja Rogelja).  Solar panels were covered with birds dump, what is decreasing its efficiency. The protecting glasses of surveillance camera were filled with dust and aerosol particles. Diving inspection (Borut Mavric) showed that around 10:00 CET time the oxygen sensor ('Aanderaa Optode'), mounted at the bottom of buoy's hull, was at depth around 2.3 m. The sensor is placed near the 'Seabird Seacat' CT probe. A student Elisabeth Kubin took water samples around the oxygen sensor for chemical analysis of oxygen. Around Vida there was a strong surface current between 9:00 and 10:30 CET.
